On Tuesday, the Supreme Court criticized the Bihar Government for not showing seriousness in the Muzaffarpur shelter home rape case. The govt is being criticized for not filing correct FIR and has given them 24 hours to add charges under section 377 (rape) IPC and POCSO Act in the FIR. "We were told that great seriousness will be shown in this case, this is your seriousness? It's shameful and inhuman," the court said.
