Zlatan Ibrahimovic scored a hat-trick as Los Angeles Galaxy humiliated Sporting Kansas City 7-2 to find themselves in the thick of Major League Soccer playoff race. With 26 strikes Ibrahimovic is now two goals behind Los Angeles FC’s Carlos Vela in pursuit of the MLS Golden Boot award. Galaxy has stormed back to climb from eighth place to fifth and it’s also Ibra’s highest goalscoring season in LA Galaxy history.
