I don't know who's using library in Afghanistan: Trump mocks Modi

The president of US, Donald Trump has mocked the Prime Minister of India, Narendra Modi for constantly saying that he has built a library in Afghanistan. Trump said that Modi has just built a library, which we don't know who must be using. He said that there is no use of a library in a war-torn country. He said, "Should we say thank you for the library to PM Modi?" India has promised to invest $3 billion in Afghanistan.
