Goa cop insists on wearing helmets & compares himself to Galileo

A cop from Goa urges everyone to wear helmets strictly while driving. He compared himself to the famous astronomer Galileo for giving an example. Galileo tried to explain that Earth revolves around the Sun & nobody believed him. Likewise, he says that those who don't follow the traffic rules should sign up for organ donation. And said he can't do anything if people use helmets even after explaining it's importance.
