The Indian currency against US Dollars on Monday has dropped to 72.18. This decline in INR is because of the strong demand of US Dollar from the importers due to its value against other currencies. On September 6, the Indian currency was at 72.11 breaching which it reached 72.18. Forex dealers said that despite the heavy demand of dollar by importers, mainly oil refiners rely on the domestic currency.
