For doctor, you do MBBS, for teaching why you do any course: Prakash Javadekar

To become a doctor, one chooses MBBS, for lawyer one chooses LLB, but for teaching people do any course, in fact when they don’t get anything else to do, they become a teacher, this thinking needs to be changed, says Prakash Javadekar and this is why B.Ed is done for 4 years. During an interview, he also said that they are receiving many suggestions to reduce NCERT syllabus and so hopes it to be reduced by 10-15% this year.
