Stephen Constantine has resigned as the head coach of the Indian football team and the step came after the Blue Tigers lost the game by 1-0 to Bahrain leading to exit from the group stage of the AFC Asian Cup 2019 on Monday. Jamal Rashed’s 91st-minute penalty became the reason for their heading towards home. This was his 2nd stint after he helmed the position between 2002 and 2005 and then returned in 2015.
