First bring Ayushman Card, says doctor, mother dies before son got it

From 25th September, PM Modi’s Ayushman scheme was slated to become operational and on the very first day, a patient died because of this. Reeta Devi, 80, was suffering from Diarrhea in Jamshedpur. When her son, Bhaktu Rabidas, took her to the hospital, the doctors asked him to first get Ayushman Card of his mother. It nearly took him 6 hours to get the card made. When he returned with it he found his mother dead.
