FB removes fake accounts; BJP calls it historic, congress claim no official pages taken down

Facebook announced the termination of 687 accounts linked to Congress. Soon, BJP leader Ravi Shankar Prasad claimed fake accounts were used to spread falsehood against the Modi-led govt. Congress party denied links to the pages that were taken down by Facebook. They are awaiting a list of all pages/accounts that were taken down. Facebook also removed 103 pages, groups & accounts on its platform & on Instagram.
