Facebook admits- Stored millions of accounts passwords

Facebook admitted storing millions of passwords in plain texts on its internal servers, that were not visible to anyone outside of Facebook. This blunder came to light during a routine security review this year. This security shortcoming has been revealed by the controversy on whether Facebook properly safeguards the privacy & data of its users. They have fixed the issues & will be notifying users whose passwords are stored.
