Cross-border terrorism & its use as an instrument of state policy: India quotes at UNHRC

At the 40th session of the UNHRC, India mentioned the central problem is cross-border terrorism & Pak's use as an instrument of state policy, which needs to be recognised. Ambassador Rajiv Chander said that terrorism & its perpetrators must be condemned unequivocally. He added India is a secular state safeguarding its rights & J&K has been an integral part of India; Pak remains in illegal occupation of a part of our territory.
