Can you think of having personal moon? China will launch it by 2020

Have you ever thought of having a personal moon which will light the whole city and that too brighter than the original moon? Chinese space company, CASC is planning to build an artificial moon like this. As per the reports from a Chinese newspaper, CASC will make an artificial moon by 2020, which will actually be a satellite, to light areas between 6 and 50 miles wide. This moon will replace the street lamps in Chengdu.
