Bollywood producer Prernaa Arora arrested for alleged fraud

Last night Bollywood producer Prernaa Arora, head of KriArj Entertainment, was arrested by Mumbai's Economic Offence Wing for breach of trust and fraud amounting to Rs 16 crore in connection with 'Kedarnath'. The case was filed by producer Vashu Bhagnani and Pooja Entertainment in June 2018 after they learnt that Prernaa had passed on the rights of Kedarnath to Ronnie Screwvala which led to a loss of Rs 16 crore to them.
