Tharoor calls Indira Gandhi 'India Gandhi' on Twitter, Users ask "Who's India Gandhi?"

Shashi Tharoor failed miserably in his attempt to take a dig at Modi's 'Howdy Modi' event by calling it 'event managment.' However what made the netizens flood Twitter with questions was, Tharoor's tweet in which he posted an old pic of Pt Nehru with young Indira calling it a picture from the US in 1954 and wrote Indira as 'India.' A user clarified that the picture was from the Soviet Union and not the US.
