BJP's Piyush Goyal offers to mediate standoff between Zomato and restaurants

Cabinet minister Piyush Goyal has offered to mediate between Zomato and restaurants to help them resolve the ongoing stalemate, stating that he has been observing the stand-off with great interest and concern. Goyal stated that a resolution can be solved as the restaurants have been protesting to Zomato's discount programme. Zomato CEO Deepinder Goyal had said the company would not amend their membership programme anymore.
