BJD MLA manhandled slain CRPF Jawan's Uncle; apologized for his action

BJD MLA Debashish Samantaray manhandled an uncle of CRPF Jawan, who was killed in the Pulwama attack. He pushed the relative who fell near the coffin of Behera, who was being paid homage. The video of this incident went viral. BJD MLA then tendered an apology to the relative and said the act was not intentional. He also said that there was a huge crowd near the cremation ground and he was trying to maintain discipline.
