Andre Russell stretchered off after suffering brutal blow in CPL
Andre Russell suffered a nasty blow on his helmet and had to be stretchered off during a Caribbean Premier League match between Jamaica Tallawahs and St Lucia Zouks. The incident happened in the 14th over of the Jamaica Tallawahs’ inning when Russell couldn’t connect with a pull and the ball struck his helmet near the right ear. A medical update later confirmed Russell hasn’t suffered any serious injury.
