Eye disorder made Leonardo da Vinci genius, claims research

A new study by visual neuroscientist Christopher W Tyler, a professor at the City University of London reveals the reason behind world-famous painter, inventor and polymath Leonardo da Vinci success. It suggests that the creator of Mona Lisa and The Adoration of the Mag may have suffered from intermittent exotropia which is a misalignment of the eyes, also known as strabismus, in which one or both eyes turn outward.
