Paid way less than required salary to H-1B employees, American IT firm to pay fine

An American IT company, People Tech Group Inc, will now have to pay $309,914 to its 12 H-1B employees when the US Department of Labour Wage and Hour Division in its investigation found that the firm is paying way less than the required salary to them. And also a fine of $45,564 was imposed on the firm for violating the labor provisions. The WHD listed almost 30 firms as willful violator employers under the H-1B programme.
