ECI says no to messages or loudspeaker for election campaigns b/w 10 pm to 6 am

It is not right to disturb the personal life of the general public or voters, the Election Commission of India in a letter to the chief electoral offices of every state and union territories has announced that the participants should not send SMS or WhatsApp messages to the voters as a part of election campaign between 10 pm to 6 am. They should also not use loudspeakers during this time period.
