This October, India saw highest number of domestic flyers

October is the month of the festival and 1.04 crores people flew into the country this year. October saw 20.5% more domestic flyers than last year. The airlines have expanded the number of flights to handle extra passenger load along with introducing lower fares for the festive seasons. However, the airports are creaking under the increasing passenger numbers as they do not have any available slots anymore.
