Switzerland to be a birthplace of the world's steepest funicular

Schwyz-Stoos funicular is soon to be opened in Switzerland being considered as the world's steepest funicular of €44.6m. This commendable funicular will be opened for the public service from Sunday. It will be made accessible to the common public by its level-adjusting function resulting in the allowance of space-age-looking carriages. The funicular will be covering a distance from the valley station near Schwyz into the mountain village of Stoos.
