Ride-sharing cabs contribute to road congestion and slow traffic: study
According to a study, the ride hailing companies are the first choice of people and most of the people have now stopped using public transports. About 944 ride sharing users were surveyed in 2017 in Boston and 6 out 10 said that they would have preferred public transport or walk if Uber or Lyft didn’t exist. A study also suggests that taxis and ride-sharing cabs have contributed to the slow traffic in Manhattan lately.
