Rejection could lead to World's longest flight to be shunned
The world’s longest flight is in danger to be shunned since the two airlines, Qantas Airways Ltd. and American Airlines Group Inc., have asked the U.S. Department of Transportation for second-time approval of their joint venture to fly across the Pacific. In case, the joint venture doesn’t get approved then the 17-hour Sydney-Dallas flight can come to an end. Qantas is already known internationally for super long flights.
