Record 18,500 tourists visiting Himachal Pradesh on a daily basis, says DGP Sanjay Kundu

Himachal Pradesh DGP Sanjay Kundu said Himachal is witnessing a record influx of tourists with over 18,500 tourists visiting the state on a daily basis. He further added that over 7,500 tourists have been visiting the Atal Tunnel Rohtang on a daily basis. "We have never seen this much of tourists influx in Himachal Pradesh. It was also possible because of the Covid complaint behaviour of the tourists," said Kundu.
