R-Day: 100 flights to be cancelled between Jan 18-26

As India’s Republic Day approaching, DIAL asked all the airlines to cancel their operation between January 18 and 26 between 10.30 am and 12.15 pm which may lead to cancellation of more than 1000 domestic flights each day. For the first time, all domestic flights were asked to cancel and international carriers have been requested to reschedule the flights. The order came keeping security and rehearsals by IAF in mind.
