No more ladies & gentleman on board! Air Canada goes gender-neutral with greeting

Now, there will be no more 'ladies and gentleman' on Air Canada flights. Air Canada has decided to address as ladies & gentlemen is discriminatory against those who identify as either, so call them everybody. Employees were instructed to drop a long-time tradition of calling their passengers 'ladies & gentlemen'. The move follows an earlier decision to allow passengers to put an 'X' instead of 'M' or 'F' while booking tickets.
