Netherlands McDonald's tests social distancing-inspired redesign

As COVID-19 pandemic continues wreak havoc on service industry, many restaurants across the world are trying to adapt to the situation. For instance, one McDonald’s in the Netherlands suggests things can be made more spacious from now on. The fast-food chain is trialing a new design in the Dutch city of Arnhem. It puts an emphasis on social distancing, which will be asked of customers even after lockdowns are lifted.
