Mount Everest's Cleanliness Drive: 4 Corpses & 11,000 kg of Garbage removed

Nepal government conducted 2-month long cleanliness drive on world's highest mountain Mount Everest & removed a total of 11,000 kg garbage & 4 bodies. The garbage includes empty oxygen cylinders, plastic bottles, cans, batteries, food wrappings, faecal matter & kitchen waste; was flown to Kathmandu in army helicopters from Everest base camp. Some of them were handed to NGO 'Blue Waste to value' which recycles waste products.
