India resumes UK flights two weeks after suspension due to new Covid mutant

Almost 2 weeks after banning flights to and from United Kingdom due to the fast-spreading new Coronavirus mutant strain, India has resumed the flights. The first flight for UK took off from Delhi’s Indira Gandhi International (IGI) airport on Wednesday with 252 passengers. Another flight took off for London from Mumbai, carrying 239 passengers. India has recorded several cases of the news covid mutant strain.
