Goa is not the most tourist friendly state
People often think about Goa as the most tourist-friendly place in India. However, the recent report of WTTCII says that Delhi is the most tourist-friendly destination in India, despite the air pollution debacle or other news. The survey was done in all 30 states and based on 11 parameters the Capital topped the list. Due to lack of connectivity, the north-eastern states did poorly in the survey.
