Germany to ban diesel cars in the major cities to control air pollution

All the major cities will ban the use of diesel cars in Germany that are heavily polluting the environment. The ruling from Federal Administrative Court came after the two states Stuttgart and Duesseldorf appealed against poor air quality. Europe’s car market will be affected as 12 million cars will be banned. The emitted pollution contains particulate matter and nitrogen oxide which can cause respiratory diseases.
