German airline Eurowings seems to be a bit extra excited. The low-cost carrier resumed services from Düsseldorf to Sardinia, Italy, but had to turn around from its destination as Olbia Airport is still not open. Flight EW9844, Airbus A320, took off on the 1170km flight to Sardinia's Olbia Airport, but was in Sardinian airspace before being notified by air traffic control that it wasn't open for commercial traffic.
