French passengers exempt from UK quarantine plans

Passengers arriving from France will not be included in the proposed UK coronavirus quarantine measures. The rules will be imposed on people coming to UK, to stop COVID-19 being brought in from other countries and people returning from holidays. No start or end date for the measures has been revealed yet. The UK government has already said people arriving from the Republic of Ireland won’t have to go into quarantine.
