Federal Aviation Administration got no certification documents from Boeing: Transportation department report

According to a 52-page report by the US Department of Transportation's Office of Inspector General, that is set to be made public, the Federal Aviation Administration got no report by Boeing on the changes made and the mistake resulted in two fatal crashes. A Boeing spokesperson said MAX will be one of the most thoroughly scrutinized aircraft in history, when it returns to service after the investigation.
