Dubai International Airport is world’s busiest airport

After seeing 88.2 million passengers in 2017, Dubai International Airport has claimed to retain its position as the busiest airport in the world. In the year 2016, Dubai airport had seen 83.6 million passengers and in 2018, the airport authority is expected to have more than 90 million passengers. Till 2014, London’s Heathrow used to be the busiest airport in the world before Dubai claimed that position.
