Japan Airlines has apologised to its passengers for the inefficiency of their in-house breath test, after the co-pilot of a Tokyo-bound flight managed to clear the test, but was later shown to have consumed excessive alcohol when the driver of bus taking him to the plane at Heathrow Airport raised suspicion. London police arrested the co-pilot for being drunk and the plane was delayed for one hour and 9 minutes.
