Discounted fare prices to be seen in Railways

Mr Piyush Goyal, the Railway Minister decided to give discounts on the fare of the tickets in case the trains are not fully booked. This decision was taken jointly by the six-member committee formed by Railway Board following the Goyal's remarks. Told by Mr Goyal, they are trying not to increase the fare prices but give discounts when the trains are not fully booked following the hotels and airlines scheme.
