Delhi Airport 16th busiest in the world, handles 6.34 crore passengers per year

According to the World Airport Traffic Report, Delhi has been ranked the 16th among the world's top 20 busiest airports and its annual passenger traffic increased 14% to 6.34 crore in 2017. The first spot was again taken by US's Atlanta Hartfield-Jackson airport with 10.39 crore passengers in 2017, followed by Beijing airport with 9.58 crore passengers and Dubai International Airport with 8.82 crore passengers.
