Aditya Pandey joins as the new CFO as Rohit Phillips resigns from Indigo

InterGlobe Aviation's Chief Financial Officer Rohit Philip has put in his papers and resigned from Indigo. He will be replaced by Aditya Pandey from 16th September. Recently, the company was in news because of its feud between IndiGo co-promoter Rahul Bhatia and Rakesh Gangwal. Gangwal stated to market regulator Sebi and sought intervention for Corporate governance. However, the charges are now rejected by the Bhatia group.
