Excess baggage is always an issue at airports during travel and no wonder people come up with ideas to escape from paying the fees for extra weight. A Phillipinno woman Gel Rodriguez's bag was 9kg whereas the permitted cabin luggage is generally 7kg. She removed some clothes from the bag and wore them one on top of the other, which was worth 2.5kg to reduce luggage weight. Her bag finally weighed 6.5kg.
