75% vehicles in Delhi have no functional GPS

A report from transport department of Delhi Government claims just 25% public vehicles in the national capital have working GPS devices and it raises severe security concerns because these vehicles are untraceable without functional GPS. Public service vehicles need a SIM card for GPS activation but many installed GPS devices become untraceable as the SIM cards are not recharged by vehicle owners regularly.
