2 coaches of Superfast Express derailed in Kerala

Around 6.30 am in the morning today, 2 coaches of the Chennai-Mangalore Superfast Express derailed near Shoranur in Kerala, which disrupted rail traffic. As per the railway sources, no casualties were reported. The 2 coaches were just behind the engine- a luggage-cum-brake van and a parcel van derailed. One of the coaches damaged the electric post near after hitting it. The train services will be restored soon.
