WWW inventor launches new rulebook for tech giants

World Wide Web creator Sir Tim Berners-Lee has proposed a global action plan to prevent the growing misuse of internet. The renowned computer scientist’s rulebook has been backed by tech giants Facebook, Google and Microsoft, along with many government officials and groups. The contract proposes concrete actions which governments, countries and even individuals can adopt to enjoy a safe and empowering world wide web.
