WhatsApp Bug could allow attackers to crash the app, delete the group messages

Whatsapp has recently fixed a bug that could have given access to the attackers to deliver a group message which repeatedly had the ability to crash the app for the members of the group. The bug was discovered in the month of August. This does have the potential to cause a crash which could only be fixed by uninstalling the app and then reinstalling the app. Users will not be able to return back.
