US lawmaker writes to Zuckerberg about Facebook romance scam

Adam Kinzinger, a Republican and a lieutenant colonel in the Air National Guard, met a lady in 2015 who claimed to have developed an affair with him on Facebook. The lady was from India and came to the US to meet him. Later he found that thousands of US service members are being ensnared in a widespread fraud on Facebook. He wrote to Zuckerberg about the issue and to take accountability of these scams.
