The US Army has developed a unique high-tech combat armor for military dogs. The Canine Auditory Protection System, or CAPS, is a head covering that will protect military dogs from short-term hearing loss when working with loud vehicles and machinery. It’s built with flexible acoustic absorption material that smoothly filters loud noises and can stretch or shrink to adjust to almost any head size and shape.
