Twitter should be accountable to Indian laws, cannot be governed by US rules: RS Prasad

Electronics and IT Minister Ravi Shankar Prasad on Wednesday said tech companies like Twitter should be accountable to India's Constitution and laws and that they should not be governed by American laws while operating in Indian territory. But there is one issue... the issue was not of use of social media, the issue was one of abuse and misuse of social media, he said.
