Tokyo-bound Bullet train runs at 280 Km/Hr with a door open

Going at a fast and furious 280 Km per hour, a Japanese bullet train ran for nearly a minute with one of its doors wide open on Wednesday. It was a rare mishap for the Japanese 'Shinkansen' train which is known prolifically for their safety and punctuality record. The officials blamed the mishap on human error. The train stopped in a tunnel after the conductor saw a warning light that a door was open.
