Tesla directors to go from 11 to 7 to streamline its board

The board of directors of Tesla will be reduced from 11 to 7 in order to streamline its board, the electric car maker announced on Friday. It said that Brad Buss, Antonio Gracias, Stephen Jurvetson, & Linda Johnson Rice would not be contesting election in the upcoming yearly meetings of shareholders in 2019 & 2020 again. This is being done so that the board can work easily & efficiently after directors reviewed composition.
